Aeven, a Danish company specializing in IT infrastructure outsourcing, partnered with GoodCall in September 2024 to support a large-scale recruitment initiative. Following the acquisition of a major new client, Aeven needed to rapidly scale its teams and strengthen its operations in Central Europe. The primary goal was to hire skilled IT professionals across a range of technical and managerial roles. GoodCall helped Aeven by presenting a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates primarily from the Czech market and managing the entire recruitment process.
Solution
To meet client’s goals, GoodCall assembled a dedicated team of six specialists: one project manager, four recruiters, and an interview coordinator. Our experts took on the role of an internal pro-active recruitment team, working directly within Aeven’s hiring structure. They led the complete hiring cycle – from initial briefing and job advertisement to candidate interviews and offer communication.
The project included a variety of technical and managerial positions, such as Cybersecurity Managers, Kubernetes Experts, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Specialists, Infrastructure Test Managers, and Service Desk staff. The vast majority of positions had to be actively sourced in the market. All roles were successfully filled by our RPO experts, resulting in 70 hires over the course of 8 months.
The GoodCall team worked in close collaboration with Aeven’s hiring managers, offering continuous feedback on market response and candidate behavior.
Moreover, the recruitment process was continuously improved to stay aligned with both Aeven’s evolving business needs and the dynamics of the talent pool.
Beyond recruitment delivery, we supported Aeven’s efforts to enhance their hiring effectiveness by assisting with the organization of an internal assessment center to evaluate candidates for multiple open roles. To help expand reach and engagement with potential candidates, we published job advertisements across various job portals.
In parallel, GoodCall’s marketing team collaborated with Aeven’s Communications team to contribute to the development and execution of an employer branding strategy tailored to the target market. As part of this initiative, our specialists created a career website that attracted over 200 job applications and launched targeted performance campaigns on META and Google. Offline visibility was further supported through Aeven’s initiatives of tram branding in two key cities.
